Event

  • event : results can now be delivered in the background. Set an event (or a single template) to "Background" delivery and the booth lets the guest take their photo, enter their email, and leave right away - the result is created afterwards and emailed to them automatically. Set it in the event's Result Delivery section (event-wide), or per template in Edit Template > Advanced > Result Delivery (Direct / Background / Use event setting).
  • event : the Background email option only turns on when email sharing is set up. If no email method is configured, the Email switch is disabled with a note - shown both in the event's Result Delivery section and in the per-template override.
  • event : the intro greeting sound you set on the Result page and the Input/Survey pages now actually plays during the live booth. Before, it only played in the design preview and was silent in the real booth.
  • event : the Input page Keyboard now has an "Auto-capitalize sentences" option (on by default). When on, the first letter a guest types is automatically uppercase - at the start of the field and after each ". ! ?" - so names and answers come out tidy without tapping Shift.
  • bug fixed : the media-pool buttons (background images/videos, idle videos, intro audio, BGM, capture sounds, cue videos, processing media) still showed "/5" as their limit even though they already hold up to 15. They now correctly show "/15".
  • event : the Event editor has a new "Gallery" section (under General, right below Manage). It shows all the photos and videos the booth produced for that event - browse and preview them, open Share for any one, and for any result that was uploaded online you can bring its QR code back up to re-share. It refreshes each time you open it, so results from a live session show up right away.
  • event : the on-screen Keyboard element in the Input/Survey page designer now scales its key text with the keyboard size - making the keyboard bigger now makes the letters bigger too, instead of the text staying small.

Others

  • studio : if a result is still being created in the background, pressing Process in a studio now asks you to wait until it finishes (or pause the background queue first), so the two don't compete for the same resources.
  • bug fixed : on a PC with both built-in (Intel) graphics and a dedicated graphics card (e.g. NVIDIA RTX), the hardware info panel now shows the dedicated card instead of the built-in one.

AI Offline

  • bug fixed : the AI Offline "Re-Imagine + Reference" template could finish with no result image. Templates that use a reference image now require one - if you press Process (or Save) without picking a reference image, you'll be asked to add one first. The on/off "Use Reference Image" switch was removed (the reference is always needed for these templates).

Event

  • event : in the Processing page designer, you can now change the color of the pill behind the logo (Processing > designer > Logo > Pill Color). It still defaults to the usual logo color.
  • event : launching an event now needs at least one template. If the event has none, you'll be told to add one first (this applies whether you launch from the editor or from the event list).
  • event : the email entry form shown during the live booth no longer has a Windows title bar or close button - it now appears as a clean rounded panel. Guests dismiss it with the Cancel button.
  • event : the camera-page simulation (the live preview you see while designing the camera page) now plays a short looping video instead of a still photo, so it feels more like a real camera.
  • event : countdown voice packs and the preview sample images are now part of the updatable content, so they can be refreshed without updating the whole app.
  • bug fixed : a countdown that starts at 10 no longer plays a faint doubled "ten" at the start - each number is now spoken once.
  • event : on the email keyboard during the live booth, the "@" key is now right on the main page - no more switching to the symbols page to find it. The keyboard also now only shows characters that are valid in an email address (and adds handy "." "_" "-" keys), so guests can't type something that isn't a real address.
  • event : removed the "Include email domains" option from the Keyboard element in the Input page designer. That option turned the on-screen keyboard into an email-only keyboard, which got in the way of using the Input page for general questions. (The email screen in the live booth still has its email keyboard.)
  • event : every media pool that lets you add more than one item (background images/videos, idle videos, intro audio, BGM, capture sounds, cue videos, countdown sounds, processing media) now holds up to 15 items instead of 5.
  • event : you can now import an event straight from a web link. The "..." menu on the event list is now split into "Import from File..." and "Import from Web..." - choose Web, paste the link to an event package, and it downloads (with a progress bar) and imports automatically.
  • event : during a live booth, tapping a template that your license doesn't cover now shows "This template is not available for your license" and stays on the picker, instead of letting it through. (Useful for downloaded events that include templates your license can't run.)

Event

  • event : clicking "New Event" now asks what to start from - a "Blank" design, or one of your saved themes from the gallery. Each theme card shows its aspect ratio (e.g. 16:9) so you can tell portrait from landscape at a glance. Pick a theme and the new event opens with that look already applied (your templates and categories start empty, as before).
  • event : when adding templates to an event from the gallery, you can now pick more than one at a time - tap several templates to check them, use "Select All", and add them all in one go. (This only applies when adding to an event; picking a single template for a studio works as before.)
  • bug fixed : cloud templates now appear in the gallery when adding templates to an event - the cloud list was showing up empty before.
  • bug fixed : a template switched "off" is now correctly hidden during the live booth, even when you start the booth straight from the editor without saving first.
  • event : when you add a template (from the gallery or a file) that has no event caption set, it now uses the template's file name instead of a generic "Template 1" name.
  • event : the per-template keyboard shortcut (Edit Template > Advanced) now works in the live booth - pressing it on the Template Picker selects that template.
  • event : in the camera page designer, the "Live View / Review" mode toggle moved to the top of the right panel (above the Element / Page tabs) so it's easier to notice you can edit both screens.
  • event : the countdown sound now has a third option, "My Audio" - add your own MP3 files (each one a full "5-4-3-2-1" in your own voice). One is picked at random each countdown and played once. If a clip is longer than the countdown, it just keeps playing. (Camera page designer > Countdown > Sound.)
  • event : the editor now shows when you have unsaved changes - the status badge reads "Unsaved" the moment you change anything and "Saved" again once you save.
  • event : if you click Back with unsaved changes, the app now asks you to confirm before leaving so you don't lose your edits by accident.
  • event : tidied up the editor header - the event name and ID now sit at the top of the left menu, and the top bar just shows Back, the saved/unsaved status, and Save.
  • event : the "Camera" box on the Overview page is now half-width to line up with the "Files" box, instead of stretching across the whole page.
  • event : the "Overview" page is now called "Settings", and there's a new "Manage" section below it to export, back up, reset, archive, or delete the event - all in one place.
  • event : new "Backup" - saves the whole event (settings, stats, photos, results) to a single file so you can fully restore it later. "Export" still saves only the design (templates and pages, no photos or stats).
  • event : new "Reset Event" - clears all collected data (transactions, print/email counts, guest contacts, survey responses) and empties the result and camera folders, while keeping your design, templates, and vouchers. Asks you to type a confirmation number first.
  • event : you can now Import, Restore a backup, Export, Back up, or Archive an event straight from the event list - look in the "..." button on each event card and the new Import / Restore menu in the toolbar.
  • event : every important action on an event (create, save, export, backup, reset, archive, delete, restore, import, clone) is now kept in a permanent activity log you can view on the Manage page.
  • event : un-archiving is now labelled "Unarchive" (it used to say "Restore", which was confusing next to restoring from a backup).
  • survey : clearing a survey's collected responses is now recorded in the event's activity log.

Others

  • studio : you can now press F5 to start Process in any studio (Photo, Collage, Motion, Lenticular, Flipbook, AI Online, AI Offline). The Process button now shows "Process (F5)" as a reminder.
  • template gallery : switching from Cloud back to Local no longer freezes for a moment.
  • template gallery : each template now has an "i" button to view its details. The "EVENT" tag was removed (most templates are event-ready) - instead, templates that can't be used in an event are marked "N/E".
  • bug fixed : a video background sometimes turned black and stayed black until you restarted the app. It now recovers on its own (and a black flash no longer sticks), on every page that can use a video background.
  • logs : the app now cleans up its own log files automatically - anything older than 30 days is removed on startup, so the log folder no longer grows forever.
  • dongle : fixed a crash at startup when validating a USB license dongle - dongle licensing now works.
  • dongle : the app now re-checks the dongle every time a process finishes. If the dongle is unplugged (or a different one is connected), the result is discarded and you're asked to reconnect the same dongle.
  • license : the activation, sign-in and dongle windows now show up in the Windows taskbar (so you can find them if they slip behind another window), and their title bar shows the product name.
  • bug fixed : clicking "Exit" on the license activation window no longer shows an "Unknown error" message - it just closes cleanly.

Event

  • event : the "Output Monitor" setting now works. The picker lists your real connected displays, and the live booth opens full-screen on the monitor you choose (instead of always landing on the main screen). If the chosen monitor is unplugged, it falls back to the main screen.

Event

  • bug fixed : older templates now show their preview image and caption again in the template gallery.
  • bug fixed : during a live event, the template-picker screen could freeze and stop responding when the camera was slow to start (most often on busy events). The camera now starts up in the background, so the screen always stays responsive.

Others

  • web qr (ftp) : when you have more than one FTP account, the Test button (and the actual upload) now use the account you selected or are editing, instead of always falling back to the first one.
  • web qr (ftp) : the result link no longer gets an extra "/" added on the end - your Result URL is used exactly as you typed it, so the link matches the QR code on the photo.

Others

  • gpu : the GPU engine setting is now "Engine Boot" with clearer choices - Auto / Warm Boot / Cold Boot - and a short tip for each. Auto picks the best for your card; Warm Boot makes switching between templates instant but uses more graphics memory; Cold Boot frees the memory and only takes a few extra seconds on the first run after switching templates.
  • gpu : Cold Boot is now fast - the engine loads once on first use and stays quick for the rest of the session, only stepping aside when AI photo generation needs the graphics card.
  • canon : the live view now rotates and flips as soon as you change the Orientation setting, so what you see matches how the photo will be saved.
  • canon : new "Flip result image" option (shown when you pick a flipped orientation) - the preview can be mirrored while the saved photo comes out the right way around.
  • bug fixed : in Canon settings, the test photo now uses the orientation you just picked instead of the last saved one.
  • bug fixed : choosing a webcam no longer shows a connected Canon camera in the list or opens the wrong camera's feed (it showed a Canon name with a DroidCam picture).

Others

  • gpu : GPU mode for Face Swap and Face Restore now works on every supported NVIDIA card, including the newest RTX 50-series. One GPU pack now covers all cards (you may be asked to re-download it once).
  • new : you can keep the GPU engine "warm" so Face Swap and Face Restore are almost instant. It's in Settings when GPU mode is on. "Auto" only keeps it warm on graphics cards with enough memory, so AI photo generation still runs fast on smaller cards.
  • new : a "Test Engine" button (Settings, GPU mode) checks that the graphics card, Face Swap and Face Restore are all working, with a simple pass / fail.
  • compute settings now show a short tip for each option, and remind you to restart the app after you change the device or warm-up.

Event

  • event survey : you can now have more than one survey per event - create, duplicate, rename, import and export surveys, and pick which one is "live" at the kiosk
  • event survey : turn a survey on or off with the "Live" switch - off means guests are never asked, even if it has questions
  • event survey : guests are asked the survey right after they tap Start, before choosing a template
  • event survey : new Survey report (under Report) shows every answer in a table and exports to CSV or HTML; you can view any survey, not just the live one
  • event survey : a survey locks once it has answers (so the report stays consistent) - use "Duplicate" to make an editable copy, or "Clear Responses" to wipe the answers and start fresh
  • event survey : questions that aren't filled in properly are flagged "Incomplete" and are skipped at the kiosk
  • event survey : deleting a survey or clearing its responses asks you to type a confirmation number (same as deleting an event); an empty survey deletes in one click

Others

  • license : if the app can't save its license because of a permission problem, it now shows a clear "run as administrator" message instead of an internal file location
  • new : optional GPU mode for Face Swap and Face Restore - much faster, especially on group photos, if your computer has an NVIDIA RTX 30-series (or newer) graphics card. Pick it under Settings > Compute Device, and download the one-time GPU pack when prompted. Without an NVIDIA card it stays on CPU as before.
  • internal : code tidy-up - no change to how the app works
